Amy H. Reavey, Senior Instructional Designer and President of Designed Performance, has extensive experience writing results driven training and leadership development programs. Beginning her career at AT&T, she developed award winning and innovative training solutions for the billing operations, network operations, and consumer products organizations.

Since founding Designed Performance in 1994, she has consulted with industry leaders across multiple sectors. Combining a variety of industries with projects that focus on all areas of the performance improvement process gives her a full range of experience, from initial analysis to evaluation.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Richard Stockton University and a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Lehigh University.
