New shared service function
Provided lead instructional design services for a program introducing a new complex shared service function that helped a global financial services firm strengthen its regulatory compliance. The program focused on both process and platform, and helped new and reassigned employees speed to competence in their role.

Case-based skill building for project managers
Improved the instructional quality of an existing training program by adding a case study-based experiential layer for project managers learning to apply new skill and knowledge about process and tools that manage large scale projects at a leading financial services company.

Supervisor essentials
Guided internal partners in the design and development of an experiential one day workshop for all new supervisors at a global construction firm. The workshop focused on aspects of performance management, employee relations, and career development.

New leader integration curriculum
Provided instructional design, materials development, and curriculum planning support for an onboarding program used by a federal contracting firm. The early part of the multi-year engagement included the development of onboarding strategy and tools; the engagement evolved into an internal/external partnership in which we designed and executed a six month blended learning experience for newly hired or promoted leaders at four executive levels.

Operations training for newly hired analysts
Developed facilitator-led instructional materials focused on core operations and operational risk and control. The modules were part of a global onboarding experience for recent college graduates hired by a financial services company.

Virtual instructor-led training for learning & development professionals
Developed a series of 1 hour vILT sessions that introduced coaching and organizational effectiveness concepts to 200 internal L&D consultants deployed across a global enterprise.

Scalable just-in-time resources for managers in transition
Recast facilitator-led content from a one-day workshop into a series of small group meetings (“meetings-in-a-box”) that provided internal L&D consultants with materials, agendas, and the facilitation guidance to conduct sessions with newly hired or promoted managers within their organizations. The meetings addressed accelerating successful transition into new roles and avoiding pitfalls common to new leaders.

Training for change managers
Planned a blended curriculum for a global manufacturing company that was deploying an enterprise-wide change management process and preparing a cohort of inexperienced change managers. As a first step of their deployment, also designed and developed the introductory facilitator-led course that introduced basic concepts to the new change managers.
